HOW TO BECOME A STOCKIST
If you are interested in becoming a stockist, we’d love to hear from you. You can apply for a trade account here. We accept applications from both brick-and-mortar, as well as online stores.
If you are or have an online store, we ask you only sell our products through your website, not on any third-party marketplace (i.e. Etsy, eBay, Amazon)
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER ?
Once we have processed your order, we will send you an invoice. The 1st invoice is to be paid up front, then moving to be paid within 30days.
WHAT ARE THE PRICES & ORDER MINIMUM & DELIVERY CHARGE?
There’s no minimum order, orders of up to £150 are subject to flat £12 delivery charge.
Cards & coasters come in packs of 6, gift-wrap in packs of 25, prints individually

WHAT ARE THE LEAD TIMES?
Once received, we will process your order. Some products ship from our studio, some from third parties, and the order might arrive in multiple consignments. The prints, coasters and gift-wrap usually despatch within 1-3 working days. Cards are made to order, and arrive within 12 days from placing the order.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
We do not offer returns, unless something is wrong with the order, in which case please report it to us within 7 days from receiving the order.
DO YOU OFFER DROP-SHIP / SALE OR RETURN ARRANGEMENTS?
We do not offer drop-ship services or sale-or-return arrangements.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO SUPPORT ENVIRONMENT
All our products are manufactured in the UK, and we carefully look at our supply chain. We recycle our waste and avoid single-use plastics as much as possible. Our greeting cards are proudly naked (without cellophane wrap, they are held together with an eco-clasp sticker)
